efore leaving the corporate world to enter real estate sales, Brandy held positions that helped her refine her skills in customer service, marketing, time management, dispute resolution, and problem solving. But the confines and restrictions of a job didn't fit with her ambition and drive. Brandy prefers being able to rely on herself and her own efforts. She also prefers the privilege to give her clients the service she thinks they deserve. While Brandy was working in marketing and sales at Legacy Homes, she took the opportunity to learn how a house is built, from the foundation up. Knowing that about 90% of all buyers begin their search for a Okanagan home online, she takes the time to post extensive photos and descriptions of her listings on her site and in MLS, syndicates them to a variety of real estate portals, then gives them extra exposure through premiere membership in both Facebook and... But she doesn't overlook traditional methods, Brandy uses tools such as pocket property cards and just listed mailings to take her listings to that 10% of the buying public that hasn't gone online.

hen not helping North Okanagan area buyers and sellers, Brandy enjoys keeping fit at the local gyms, running her two children back and forth from School, Gymnastics and Tae Kwando but she really appreciates the time she can spend entertaining friends in her beautiful Okanagan home.
